Step By Step : Stadium Style

Hi you!

Before we get into the workout for today, I want you to pause for a minute and just think about what thoughts you have had about yourself today….

What do you see when you look in the mirror?

Are you someone who has made mistakes or someone who doesn’t always “love” every inch of the reflection staring back at them when they look in the mirror? Cause same. Do you ever feel unworthy? Unrighteous? Discouraged? Broken? Not good enough? Unloved or alone?

...if only you saw yourself right now EXACTLY how God sees you.

I think its safe to say that all of us have felt one of these things at least once in our lives but today you don’t have to.

Would you believe me if I told you that you, yes YOU are fearfully and wonderfully made. (Psalm 139:14)

YOU have been created in God’s own imagine. (Genesis 1:27)

YOU have been adopted into God’s kingdom (Ephesians 1:5) and are no longer a slave to this world but instead you are a SON and a DAUGHTER… an heir of The God Most High, a King, the Creator. (Galations 4:7)

You are the light of the world (Matthew 5:14) and you have been chosen for a purpose.

You are loved so much that God sent his one and only Son TO DIE FOR YOU. (John 3:16)

So now ask yourself… do you believe those things today? Are you living today like every one of those things are true? Because if so than I’d imagine when others see you, they see someone radiating with of confidence and self love. And they should!

If you are interested in this workout then I want it to be for the right reasons. Not to be as skinny as the girl you follow on Instagram but instead completing this workout or any other workout for your own confidence! Taking that first step today in creating a healthier and happier you because there is no better time than right now to start taking care of YOU.

So with that being said, since its summer Caleb and I decided to take things outside and believe me when I say that we were BOTH a little sore the next day… 🙂

Do 5-8 rounds total

  1. Run up and down the stairs
  2. 10 tricep dips
  3. 8-10 burpees (which are so awful)
  4. 10 knee tucks
  5. 10 inclined push-ups
  6. REPEAT

 

 

I am so glad that you made it to the blog this week. Whatever brought you here today I know there is a reason behind it. Whether you saw my Instagram post for the millionth time and finally a little curiosity sunk in or you are the regular visitor, whatever the case my hope is that you won’t just treat this like every other piecing of article that you read once and then you throw away.

My hope is that today you will take that FIRST step of many to living a life In Fine Fettle (good spirits and good health) or to just start living like a son and daughter of the Most High. You can train your body to do amazing thing but what most people don’t know is that sometimes it starts with convincing your mind first.

Romans 12:2 “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”
